FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer Service email is monitored 10-12 hours daily during the week, and occasionally on weekends, to help with any questions.
N'VISION ENTERTAINMENT: www.performancetracks.com is now a division of N’Vision Entertainment and will be noted as N’Vision Entertainment on your credit or debit card statement.
SOUNDTRACK LEASING FOR RECORDING: We have the information for leasing ONLY the EZ KEY SOUNDTRACK titles; which are listed seperatly in the EZ KEY SOUNDTRACK section. We do not have any leasing information for recording with any of the other soundtrack titles we have available for purchase on our website.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via U.S. Mail: either First Class or Priority Mail. Your order SHOULD* be on processed and in the mail within the next 2 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). *Our standard goal is that all orders are shipped within 48 hours - but please keep in mind that sometimes circumstances occur that are out of our control and it may take an order 3 days or more before it is in the mail. (this is a very rare occurrence).
RUSH ORDERS: We do not offer overnight or second day shipping; only the mail options listed above.
RETURNS: We are no longer accepting returns unless the product you received is defective. In that case, the defective item will be replaced with the same title.
MAIL ORDER OPTION: An easily printable, one-page, Mail Order Form is available on the Web Sites front page. Details of it's use are included on on that form... viewable here On-Line.
FAX ORDERS: A fax line is shown on the front page. It is only a FAX; any Customer Service questions should be email via service@performancetracks.com.
PRINTED CATALOG: The entire catalog is shown here online. There are frequent additions, corrections, and deletions far too often to have a printed catalog current.
SECURITY: We are proud to have operated online, for over ten years now, with not one single lost packet of information, OR any lost Personal/Credit Card information. Orders that include Credit Card numbers are NOT kept on a computer that is even attached to a Phone Line, Internet Modem, or Wireless Connection!!! Your Credit Card information is deleted from our records, following the completion of the transaction.
